About the Role

Thanks for your interest in working with us! Zero Hash is looking for a well rounded Customer Experience Specialist, ideally with experience in crypto or FinTech. You’ll work alongside the rest of the CX team to help support our team’s infrastructure while handling inbound tickets and phone calls. You will be the public face of the company and interact directly with our clients and customers.

This is a perfect role for someone who is looking for a fast-paced role in a hyper-growth company, with high reward.

This fully remote role is open to candidates living in the Philippines that can work within U.S. hours.

About You

  • You’re a wordsmith who obsesses over finding the best way to communicate your message.
  • Will dig in to understand customers issues and concerns, make a plan, and drive to solve customer problems with speed, accuracy, and empathy.
  • Energized by brainstorming how to solve problems, including ones you’ve never dealt with before.
  • You’re comfortable self-directing and take the initiative to get things done. No micromanagement here!
  • You enjoy collaboration, understanding when you can tackle a problem end to end vs. needing help with coming up with the best solution.
  • Eager to grow, learn, and tackle daily and long-term challenges and goals.

Requirements & Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in Client/Customer facing Support roles, via both phone and email channels
  • Exposure to crypto and/or FinTech that translates to (at a minimum) a basic understanding of them, or a genuine interest in learning about them
  • Technical mindset. Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and systems to problem solve
  • Effective time management skills to meet daily needs in a fast-paced, ever-evolving setting
  • English fluency - both written and verbal
  • Full time position - work remotely
