• Hire, lead and manage our marketing teams, spanning all marketing disciplines to build and execute growth strategies.
  • Partner with executive leadership and team members across the company to amplify current success channels and emerging platforms.
  • Utilize growth hacking strategies to design cost effective marketing campaigns.
  • Develop a clear and innovative marketing roadmap and strategy and lead its successful execution.
  • Develop a robust framework for KPIs and metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Define and cystalize the value proposition of Zero Hash from a marketing perspective in ways that engage institutional partners and clients.

  • 10+ years of working in high-performance / top-tier companies, ideally tech.
  • Prior work experience in financial services experience or regulated field required.
  • Growth stage experience with a scrappy mentality .
  • Metrics oriented approach to marketing.
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of cross-functional marketing professionals.
  • Proven track record of building marketing campaigns that deliver growth, ideally in a B2B Fintech business.
  • In addition to North America, you have experience working with and building a global brand in markets across the world including LATAM, APAC and EMEA and are familiar with the nuances of each.
  • Professional working experience with all facets of a marketing organization, from growth and lifecycle management to the many dimensions of creative content.
  • Deep passion for technology and SaaS space
  • You can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work.
