The Role

Zero Hash is looking for a passionate Senior Account Executive to build relationships with our most important prospect, in support of the company’s key objectives. This role will give you exposure to how we work with strategic enterprise companies to unlock new revenue, increase retention and differentiate Zero Hash.

The Senior Account Executive will create and execute Zero Hash sales and marketing plans, including implementing new ideas and tools for the company. He/She must have demonstrated leadership ability and a well-rounded knowledge of the company in order to effectively carry out the duties, and a hunger to close the big deals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify, pursue and execute against large enterprise accounts
  • Drive sales and exceed expectations in terms of revenue generation
  • Build a prospect pipeline and create/ expand existing networks
  • Become a subject matter expert for Zero Hash’s Crypto-as-a-Service product
  • Understand the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure to success
  • Evidence of sustained quota/goal achievement demonstrable account and/or channel management experience
  • Command of goal-oriented, customer-centric/solution selling principles and methods
  • Negotiate win-win economics in contracts that support profitable, long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Client Services
  • Proven track record in software sales
  • Experienced in new to market products
  • Ability to travel 50% (when applicable post-Covid)
  • Complete regular business reviews and look for opportunities to improve and grow our partner relationships

What we look for in you:

  • Hunger to win and a proven track record of closed/won deals
  • Strong understanding of the fintech and/or blockchain ecosystem
  • Experience selling to large Enterprises in the region and building a geographical or vertical territory
  • 5-7 years of experience selling analytical-driven SaaS solutions to enterprise customers including those in the financial services industry, with a focus on fintech, neobanks, brokers, and crypto exchanges.
  • Master-level knowledge of consultative and challenger sales processes and B2B SaaS
  • Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business or related discipline
  • Background in building and running a Channel model is helpful
  • Experience forecasting commitments with accuracy
