Zero Hash is looking for a seasoned Senior Account Executive to serve as the Vertical Head of our Payments division, to bring their existing relationships with our most important prospects, in support of the company’s key objectives. This role will give you exposure to how we work with strategic Payments enterprise companies to unlock new revenue, increase retention and differentiate Zero Hash.
The Vertical Head, Payments Division will create and execute Zero Hash sales and marketing plans, including implementing new playbooks and tools for the company. He/She must have demonstrated leadership ability in and with this vertical and a well-rounded knowledge of the company and Payments vertical in order to effectively carry out the duties, and a hunger to close the big deals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify, pursue and execute against large Payments enterprise accounts
- Drive sales and exceed expectations in terms of revenue generation
- Build a prospect pipeline and create/ expand existing networks
- Lead a team of Account Executives to execute against vertical sales
- Become a subject matter expert for Zero Hash’s Crypto-as-a-Service product as it relates to Payments prospects
- Understand the sales cycle - from lead generation to closure to success
- Evidence of sustained quota/goal achievement demonstrable account and/or channel management experience
- Command of goal-oriented, customer-centric/solution selling principles and methods
- Negotiate win-win economics in contracts that support profitable, long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Client Services
- Proven track record in software sales
- Experienced in new to market products
- Ability to travel 50% (when applicable post-Covid)
- Complete regular business reviews and look for opportunities to improve and grow our partner relationships
- Own P&L; lead product and marketing vision for vertical
What we look for in you:
- Hunger to win and a proven track record of closed/won deals
- Strong understanding of the fintech and/or blockchain ecosystem
- Experience selling to large Enterprises in the region and building a geographical or vertical territory
- 5-7 years of experience selling analytical-driven SaaS solutions to Payments enterprise customers including those in the financial services industry, with a focus on fintech, neobanks, brokers, and crypto exchanges.
- Master-level knowledge of consultative and challenger sales processes and B2B SaaS
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in business or related discipline
- Background in building and running a Channel model is helpful
- Experience forecasting commitments with accuracy
