About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Vice President of Trading & Tokenization (Enterprise Sales) to drive the growth and adoption of our trading and tokenization products across enterprise clients. This strategic leadership role will focus on the development and execution of sales strategies for selling complex, high-value solutions to large organizations, ensuring the success of enterprise accounts within the blockchain, tokenization, and digital asset markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services industry, deep expertise in trading platforms, tokenization solutions, and blockchain technologies, and a proven ability to lead teams and close high-value enterprise sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall sales strategy and execution for trading and tokenization solutions, with a focus on acquiring and retaining enterprise-level clients across multiple industries (e.g., brokerage, traditional finance, fintech, blockchain, real estate). Set ambitious growth targets and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify, target, and engage with C-suite executives and key decision-makers at large enterprises to present and sell our trading and tokenization platforms. Build long-term relationships and ensure high customer retention and satisfaction across strategic accounts.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the tokenization and trading space, staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes. Use market insights to shape the product and sales strategy and position the company as a leader in the space.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs, product capabilities, and go-to-market efforts. Provide valuable feedback from clients and prospects to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure. Ensure smooth collaboration between sales, legal, and technical teams to manage complex deal structures.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, including financial institutions, blockchain platforms, exchanges, and other relevant stakeholders. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to build visibility and credibility.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and results. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of sales efforts, analyze sales trends, and optimize the sales pipeline. Regularly report progress to senior leadership, including the CRO and CEO, on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a focus on trading platforms, tokenization, blockchain, or digital assets. At least 5 years in a leadership or VP role managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles in the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Deep understanding of trading solutions, tokenization technologies, blockchain, and digital assets, including security tokens, NFTs, tokenized assets, and crypto trading. Familiarity with market trends, regulations, and challenges in this space.
  • Proven ability to drive complex sales processes from lead generation through to closing, particularly in large, multi-million-dollar deals. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on creating value-driven partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience building and leading high-performing, results-oriented sales teams. Ability to inspire and motivate the team toward achieving aggressive growth targets.
  • Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with company goals while addressing the unique needs of large enterprise clients in the trading and tokenization space.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and present complex solutions in an understandable and compelling manner.
  • A data-driven approach to sales, using analytics and insights to optimize strategies, measure team performance, and improve conversion rates.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
