About the Role

Zero Hash is looking for a proven product leader to champion our automation and scaling efforts. You will be leading projects from inception to delivery related to our treasury operations, our internal settlement and operations portal, bank gateways, and much more. The role is unique in that your exposure is not limited to a single product, but potentially all of them. Your job is to scope products that make the business run more efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Help own the product life cycle, from identifying problems, researching product opportunities, iterating on solutions, building and developing features, and shipping code.
  • Support engineers in laying out and designing system architecture to achieve product goals in an efficient manner. You must be able to hold your own in a room full of deeply technical engineers.
  • Help develop innovative, industry-leading features and products that uniquely serve Zero Hash stakeholders - facilitating efficiency across the entire company.
  • Interact directly with stakeholders and build a cadence of communication to identify any common pain-points.
  • Work closely with technical teams or product leadership to establish priority, timelines, and delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management or equivalent experience at a financial services company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience driving complex, cross-functional product initiatives in a successful way.
  • A humble and scrappy get-it-done mindset; you’re resourceful and in your element going from 0 to 1, as well as scaling a team.
  • Technical know-how and desire to learn and research new solutions to complex problems..
  • Comfort with ambiguity; the ability to independently layout and test clear hypotheses, and solve problems without well-defined direction.
  • Ability to communicate complex problems in a simple way and rally stakeholders around a solution.
  • Previous experience with regulated financial services entities, and concepts.

Preferred

  • Experience at a banking-as-a-service, brokerage-as-a-service, payment-as-a-service business, ERP, or treasury management systems company. . An understanding of financial services reconciliation tools.
  • Experience working with or managing financial services payment or treasury reconciliation tools.
  • Experience with digital assets is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with databases and API calls is strongly preferred.
