Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our Revenue team. This role demands a talented individual with a blend of technical and ecosystem knowledge, organizational skills, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving Zero Hash's growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships within the fintech and digital asset ecosystem. A deep understanding of the crypto and fintech landscape, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset are essential to foster and sustain high-impact partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify Key Partners - Prioritize and execute strategic partnerships within the web3 ecosystem.
- Leverage Ecosystem Insights - Utilize insights to support new product development and market expansion.
- Stay Informed on Industry Trends - Monitor and share insights on new trends and protocols in the crypto space and be seen as an internal subject matter expert.
- Thought Leadership - Represent Zero Hash at industry events and contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights and trends in the digital asset space.
- Strategic Partnership Development - Evaluate and implement strategies to expand market presence and drive growth.
- Relationship Management - Maintain strong relationships with partners, acting as the primary liaison.
- Market Analysis - Conduct market research to inform partnership strategies and identify opportunities.
- Negotiation and Contract Management - Lead negotiations and manage partnership contracts and agreements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with internal teams (Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance) to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring - Develop metrics and KPIs to measure and report on partnership success.
Qualifications:
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.) preferred.
- Experience - 6+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles in fintech or crypto.
- Blockchain Knowledge - Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technology.
- Interpersonal Skills - Exceptional ability to identify, pursue, and close complex partnerships.
- Stakeholder Management - Proven experience in securing alignment from key internal stakeholders.
- Public Speaking - Competent in presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven Success - Track record of developing and managing high-impact partnerships.
- Adaptability - Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manages multiple priorities effectively.
- Innovation-Driven - Passionate about innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
