About the Role
Zero Hash is looking for a Junior Settlement and Trading Operations Associate who is interested in building the infrastructure for Finance 2.0. You will be responsible for handling and improving the operations needed to run an exchange and custody of digital assets. You should apply if you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with complex challenges that require innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
- Process crypto and fiat transfers
- Compile/reconcile trade, transaction and fiat and crypto positions and balances.
- Improving settlement and trading operations through building automation and tools
- Assist with new product and feature testing.
- Document operational procedures
- Supporting and communicating with clients
- Developing reports, dashboards and alerts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree on relevant subject or equivalent experience
- Problem Solver: You enjoy solving puzzles and love when you discover a solution to a difficult problem. You are not afraid to discuss ideas and work with others to find optimal solutions.
- Attention to Detail: You analyse tasks deeply and like to plan, execute and oversee the rollout of new features to identify problems internally.
- Curious: You’re eager to find out more about what its like to work in the blockchain and Finance 2.0 industry, and specifically in an Operations role.
- Experience with Excel, SQL or scripting (e.g. python) is a plus.
- Must be fluent in English
